What happens to your data after you contact us?

When you write to us via the forms on our website or send us an email, we store your data for a period of one year so that we can process your request as well as answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent!

 

Storage of your data

Please note that in order to facilitate the ordering and purchasing process, as well as the subsequent execution of the contract with you, we store your names, address, email address and your credit card number (or the identification of the respective payment instrument).

We need the data provided by you in order to fulfill our contractual or pre-contractual obligations to you. We do not provide this information to third parties, except for the payment service provider processing the payment (ePay, Stripe, or PayPal) and the courier company with which we deliver the purchase.

In case of an incomplete order we delete the data entered on it. Upon completion of an order and a contract performed by us on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, letters (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we store all data on the legal relationship until the expiration of the period provided for in Art. 12 of the Accounting Act (AA) 10-year term.
